READY MADE
Each of our Ready Made items are lovingly handmade in my studio in Cheshire and quality checked once finished and before dispatch. Due to the handcrafted nature, no two pieces are exactly the same. Each will have unique differences or quirks.
I only make one piece at a time to maintain zero waste so if an item is out of stock please send me a message and I can add you to my list to make one for you.
IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS
Great care is taken to ensure that photographs and texts descriptions are a true representation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with, however, please bare in mind that colours may appear differently on screens and slight variations may occur in the dye process.

At Noa & Rain, I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to my website and subscribers to my newsletter.
I will not be using the data you give me in any way except from how I specifically state I will be doing so. Please read on to find our why I collect your data, how I use it and how I will not disclose it to others.
VISITORS TO MY WEBSITE
When you, or anyone else, visits my website www.noaandrain.com I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This is for my own marketing purposes to find out which pages are most popular on my website. I do not access any of your personal data using Google and I do not allow Google or anyone else to make an attempt to find out the identities of those visiting the site.
All purchases are made through a third party such as Paypal or your bank and so I do not see or keep any financial data whatsoever.
MAILING LISTS
I would like to send you up to date news, offers and information as part of my monthly e-newsletter. To do this I will need some personal information from you- your email address and your name. I will use this to send you information about new products I have made, blogs and anything else I feel is relevant or of interest to you. I will never give, sell, trade or rent any of your data to or with organisations or businesses.
I use a third party provider- Ascend through WIx to deliver the newsletter. Your data will not be saved on any other system aside from the Ascend through Wix list you signed up for. For information around how Ascend through Wix use your data please see their privacy notice.
You have the option to unsubscribe at any time from my e-newsletter.
